I’ve been in the real estate business for over fifteen years, buying, rehabbing, and flipping homes. It’s enabled me to understand what areas of the house are the most costly to repair by analyzing inspection reports.
While interacting with home inspectors, I realized that many of them were old school and resisted using the latest technology. They either found the tools too expensive or didn’t want to learn how to use them.
However, I felt that leveraging the latest technology could provide home buyers and real estate agents with vital information to make critical decisions. So I decided to help move the industry into the twenty-first century by starting a hi-tech home inspection company.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve noticed that business has doubled every year due to the consistent level of excellence that my company maintains.
I care about my clients, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my commitment to customer satisfaction. I go above and beyond to tailor each customer experience to fit their unique needs, which adds considerable value to my work.
I also attribute my success to my vast expertise, which helps me render the highest level of service at every stage of the inspection process.
From the time a client calls, a friendly voice will answer the phone and provide knowledgeable answers to all questions. It’s followed up with an inspection and a comprehensive report that is easy to comprehend.
When I see the smile on my client’s faces, it tells me they are happy to have all the relevant information to make an informed decision. It leads to word-of-mouth referrals which are rewarding for me and my business.
When I’m not inspecting homes, I love to fish, golf, look at real estate, and travel the world.
Locally, Montana is one of my favorite places to visit. During my free time, I also help people whenever I can as I believe that if we all do a little, the world will be a better place.
I’m president of the Heights Lions Club, where we provide glasses for children who cannot afford them and send special needs students to summer camp, which transforms their life.
I believe in transforming the community in which I live by letting neighbors know that they can count on me if they need anything. It would probably surprise people, but I reside in a poor part of town as I want to live where I can make the most significant difference.
